A Message from the Director of Clearing

Hello! My name is Wayne Baumgarten, and I am the Director of Clearing at Flag. Every day, my department works with Scientologists around the world to help them select public for Flag service. We are dedicated to getting large numbers of people flowing up The Bridge^® to Flag, and our job is to help you.

In coordinating all such actions, we ensure you, the Flag Field Staff Member, have all the tools you need and receive all the benefits of your field activities. We can and will make you a success in booming your field.
